Submissions for Lovecraft Christchurch for 2009 are open! The applications close on 30th of November for the mid December event.
If you want to register interest for the next Lovecraft you can email us at lovecraft.chch AT gmail.com

Just tell us the following things:
Your name and your company name if you have one
Contact phone number
E-mail
A description of what you'll be selling
If you have a website, blog or photos (like flickr) of your work we would like to know about it, and generally first time applicants are expected to email along some kind of sample of work with their application.
Also tell us a bit about you, cause its nice

What is the closing dates for applications?

30th November (December Market)

When will I hear back?

We do try to check the emails as often as possible around the time of the fair, however when we're not in the process of organising anything we can be a little slack, so please forgive us.

Do past participants need to re-apply for future events?

No, once you have had a stall at our previous markets, we'll keep your details on file. An invitation will be sent via email to you to participate in future events. Let us know if you don't want us to keep inviting you.
Stall allocation will be on a first to confirm basis.

Who runs Lovecraft?

Ashlin, Fran and Melinda are the organisers of Lovecraft, and have been putting on fairs in Christchurch since 2006. Lovecraft is not for profit, the stall fee covers costs relating only to putting on the events themselves. So for these three, the fairs are a labour of love, so please be kind to them, as they have enough stress from their every day jobs!

How much is a stall?
Stalls for 2009 will be $20 per table.
